My Approach to Helping

My services as a therapist are to essentially act as a resource of support, facilitation, and insight that helps expedite this process of positive change for the people I work with. My areas of specialization are working with couples confronted by infidelity, facilitating personal growth on an individual basis, and working with teens struggling to fulfill their potential. My experience has taught me that no person's situation is ever the same and they cannot be treated as such. This is especially true with the large presence of non-traditional relationships and single-parent/mixed-family households in our society. While these dynamics often provide strength and opportunity to those within those relationships, unforeseen conflicts and stressors often emerge without a clear resolution available. Whatever your situation may be, my approach with the therapeutic process allows individuals to gain valuable insight about themselves and their relationships. Those insights are then used to construct viable options moving forward that lead to tangible & healthy changes in their lives.
