My Approach to Helping
The most gratifying aspect of my work is when I'm able to witness my clients' attainment of a true sense of wellness and stability, a state where they feel confident in their ability to face and cope with their life dilemmas. I strive to create a supportive, caring, and nonjudgemental environment where clients feel safe to explore their concerns. While undergoing therapy, my clients often discover hope in the mist of despair & achieve clarity in the haze of confusion. From our work together, clients witness their own personal growth and feel empowered to bring about the changes that they desire.
