My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, encouraging, and focused on helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered through life’s challenges. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, including the unique challenges that can come with motherhood and major life changes. I believe healing includes both growth and grace, and I strive to create a space where clients can feel safe processing emotions, building confidence, and reconnecting with their strengths.

My Role as a Therapist

As a therapist, my role is to be a supportive guide and steady source of encouragement as you navigate difficult emotions, patterns, and experiences. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy, I help clients develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and feel more grounded and confident in their daily lives. I believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy — there’s room for honesty, healing, laughter, and meaningful growth along the way.
