My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and judgment-free. I believe healing begins when individuals feel seen, heard, and emotionally safe. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain clarity, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen emotional wellness, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) while also integrating practical, solution-focused strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected so you can better understand yourself and move forward with confidence and balance.
