What's My Approach to Therapy?

A lot of my clients look like they have it together, and are exhausted by that. They carry things that are hard to name: old relational wounds, anxiety showing as achievement, and shame produced early on by family, religion, or culture. I work with adults navigating attachment trauma, perfectionism, identity, and grief that comes with religious trauma. I also work with LGBTQIA+, ENM, polyamorous, and kink-aware folks who are tired of educating their therapist about their lifestyle choices. Feeling overwhelmed? I’m here with you and will support your healing and growth. If you're processing anxiety, depression, relational trauma, or identity questions without easy answers, this is a space built for that work. I specialize in attachment wounds, perfectionism, religious trauma, and relationships for individuals and couples. My background in education and the Navy informs my approach: purposeful, affirming, trauma-informed. Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, or relationship struggles, I'm here to walk with you. If you're ready for support, I'd be honored to connect. Reach out when you're ready.

Groups I Work With

  • I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support in navigating life’s challenges and building healthier relationships. My experience includes working with adults and adolescents, as well as couples at all stages of their relationships. I am passionate about supporting clients who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, trauma, and identity concerns. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) and bipolar condition, to help them better understand and embrace their unique strengths. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I provide a safe and inclusive space for clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and family structures. I welcome diverse cultural, spiritual, and religious backgrounds, and I approach each client with openness and respect.
