A lot of my clients look like they have it together, and are exhausted by that. They carry things that are hard to name: old relational wounds, anxiety showing as achievement, and shame produced early on by family, religion, or culture. I work with adults navigating attachment trauma, perfectionism, identity, and grief that comes with religious trauma. I also work with LGBTQIA+, ENM, polyamorous, and kink-aware folks who are tired of educating their therapist about their lifestyle choices. Feeling overwhelmed?
