My Approach to Helping

Today our lives are full of stressful situations! If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, if you have no one to talk to about your problems - you need to seek out a therapist. If you are reading this you have already taken the first step to finding a therapist to help you.

My approach is is yse brief goal oriented and/or long term theray, coaching and counseling skills, psychotherapy and Cognitve Behavioral Therapy. These techniques will help you discover and develop your own coping skills in order to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
