My Approach to Helping
My background and training is focused in the area of treating adolescents and adults who struggle with a wide range of adjustment issues and mental health diagnoses. I work collaboratively with each client to develop a personal treatment plan that is responsive and effective. Through the interpersonal process, I also strive to create a trusting relationship with each client, where insight and growth can be fostered.

I am on several insurance panels and I feel comfortable working with most insurance companies. I also have a sliding scale fee for clients who may need this service.
