We humans are relational creatures. When our relationships are not going well, our mental health suffers. Painful and stressful relationships lower our emotional immune systems making us more susceptible to stress, anxiety, depression, irritability, addictions and other issues. If you're having difficulties in your important relationships (including your relationship with yourself), you may need to consult a qualified professional. I am a relationally-based therapist who would be glad to meet with you. I work with adults, children, adolescents, couples and families experiencing a variety of difficulties that usually have roots in some kind of relational difficulty. I see psychotherapy as an instrument for anyone who wants to grow and develop into the person they were meant to be.
