My Approach to Helping
As a clinician, I see every client as an individual and believe integrative therapy is most appropriate. I am warm and person-centered. I have had clinical experience working with persistent mental illness and through this lens, gained great understanding regarding the difficulties related to anxiety, depression, and ongoing mental health challenges. With therapy, I believe that working through issues such as meaninglessness, isolation and freedom, along with one's childhood, can be a catalyst for change. I look forward to hearing your story.

More Info About My Practice
At the Conley Center, we work on a sliding scale, 54-145$, allowing many who could not enter into counseling to have an avenue for assistance. I am available M-TH, some Saturdays and evenings.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Every one of us has a story. I consider it an honor to share meaningful, sometimes pain-filled moments with my clients. My passion for psychotherapy includes persistent mental illness including Schizophrenia, Bipolar, and personality disorders. I consider myself an advocate for this population who many times are stigmatized and go unheard in society. In addition, I am interested in women traversing life transitions, mid-life renewal, and emotional eating challenges. I also have a heart to work with oppositional adolescents, their parents, and healing wounded families.
