My Approach to Helping

I believe that the therapeutic process is a journey to wellness, both mental and physical. I strongly believe in mind/body work to reach an optimal level of wellness. issues such as trauma, addiction and esteem issues are addressed with the evaluation of lifestyle and wellness choices and environments in one's life. I use stress management techniques and Cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address problem areas with an individual.
