Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
In order for therapy to be successful there must be a strong connection between the therapist and client. The client must feel validated and understood by the therapist. I share with my clients that I want them to feel relaxed and progressing in sessions. We mutually work on goals that are important to each client.
