My Approach to Helping
I enjoy helping my clients find their strengths and solutions. Every individual is different, and so are their situations. We all want our relationships with family, friends, and even ourselves to be better. That is what we work toward in therapy. I have practiced since 1982, and have a wide range of experience and tools to help clients achieve the goals they bring to the therapy process. We work together to effectively define what is and isn't working, develop solutions, learn needed skills, and implement changes. I am honored to receive referrals from many former clients, local physicians, schools, and clergy. As owner of Families Counseling Center, I am privileged to practice with several other therapists. It is my policy to make sure that every person who calls is helped to find the right therapist for them, either in our office or in the community.
