My Approach to Helping
As a therapist/healer for over 10 years, Daphne is an innovator when it comes to creating psychological healing and growth environments for her clients. She has an extensive background in both traditional psychotherapeutic tools, as well as creative, more cutting edge somatic modalities, grounded in a whole-person approach to healing. Daphne facilitates unique holistic, client-centered therapy environments for individuals, families, couples and children working through issues of depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, relationship problems and painful life transitions.

Whether you are in a state of great fear, anger, sadness, unbearable anxiety, or you are feeling confused as to where to turn in your life right now, I welcome the opportunity to support you in your psychological growth, and in finding your wholeness and hope for the future again.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I am dedicated to helping people work through emotional and mental pain and come to a place of experiencing a visceral sense of joy and sustained happiness--at a core, embodied level. I have over 14 years of experience working with women between the ages of 21 and 65; and I facilitate feminine empowerment and somatic wisdom workshops. This is one of my great passions. Guiding others on the journey of letting go of what no longer serves--both cognitively and emotionally--while putting in place things that are nourishing to the mind, body and soul, is what I love about being a therapist. I feel honored to continue to assist women of all ages/backgrounds find stability and power within themselves, and sustain psychological and physical peace and harmony from the inside out.

My Role as a Therapist

"My goal is always to assist you in recovering, or finding for the first time, your own creative psyche's (soul's) journey and health of soma (the body). I will sit with you and hold healing, therapeutic space, according to what feels right for you, individually. I have a vast array of tools in my therapy box, and working intuitively is one of my gifts.
