Hi, I’m Crystal. I specialize in helping first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and the lasting effects of challenging experiences. Through eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-focused counseling, I support clients in processing painful memories, operational stress injuries, reducing symptoms, and building resilience for the future.
My approach is compassionate and practical. I believe healing isn’t just about reducing symptoms—it’s about reclaiming your sense of worth, restoring balance, and creating a life that feels meaningful. My Practice & Services
My practice is entirely online, offering secure video sessions that allow you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space, anywhere in British Columbia. I work with adults who are ready to move beyond survival mode and create lasting change.
In addition to trauma-focused therapy, I provide consultation and supervision for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapists, supporting clinicians who are working toward certification or simply want to deepen their skills with complex trauma cases.
I believe therapy should be a supportive and collaborative experience. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and equipped with tools that truly work in your daily life.
