If you’re here, there’s likely a part of you that’s tired of overthinking, of repeating the same patterns, and of carrying it all on your own. Maybe you’ve hit a point where something needs to shift, but you’re not sure how to get there. I want you to know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and client-centered, blending practical tools like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) with somatic and mindfulness-based practices. I also offer Reiki and sound healing for those drawn to a more holistic experience.
You can expect a space that’s non-judgmental, supportive, and attuned to your pace. I don’t believe in fixing you — I believe in helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know how to heal. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, build emotional clarity, and support you in feeling more grounded, regulated, and connected.

My Practice & Services
Luminary Wellness Center is an online practice offering therapeutic support for adults seeking emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing. I work with clients across British Columbia through secure, virtual sessions designed to be accessible, flexible, and deeply personal.
In addition to individual counselling, I also offer virtual wellness experiences, including guided nervous system workshops, sound meditations, and group healing events. These offerings support those looking to reconnect with themselves outside the traditional therapy model.
Whether you're seeking one-on-one support or a space to explore emotional healing in a community setting, I offer a variety of online options to meet you where you are — all from the comfort of your own space.
