I believe that psychotherapy is about working together in an in-depth way to bring about positive change. Positive change means having a better sense of self and self-worth, and better relationships. In my work, better relationships can be between partners,or colleagues, or parent and child. Through our collaborative efforts, change occurs and people feel better about themselves, relate better to others and have happier, more fulfilled lives.
