		<description>The way we perceive things is very important in labelling that particular event... we may choose to take a negative event lightly and let it go but if we start to fret and keep thinking about it, it will soon get associated with fear and other negatives and might well lead to a lot a negative energy in us.</description>

		<description>Can you explain please more on the paragraph that says &quot;Often what makes trauma traumatic is not the objective facts, but the meaning we ascribe to those events.&quot; Are you talking about when events are blown out of proportion in our minds for example? Why does that make a difference? Isn&#039;t how we feel about it what matters most of all?
