My Approach to Helping

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate challenging times. With training in sex addiction therapy and partner relational and betrayal trauma, I am equipped to guide you through and beyond these difficulties. Additionally, I am skilled in EMDR, a technique that aids in processing and healing from trauma.

I understand that everyone faces their own unique challenges. Drawing on my expertise, experience, and diverse training, I am adept at finding personalized solutions that will work for you. Creating a safe and nurturing environment, I encourage you to seek help and support as we work together to overcome your problems and face life's obstacles.

Specializing in areas such as partner relational & betrayal trauma, sex addiction, sexual offending behavior, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression, low mood, lack of joy, partner-relational issues, overwhelming emotions, and thoughts, I am dedicated to providing empathetic support. It is my utmost goal and passion to assist individuals with their internal struggles and everyday life.
