My Approach to Helping
Welcome! My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive and compassionate environment in which to heal. I help my clients reduce their suffering and learn to live more fully in the present. I believe that each of us has access to a place of inner peace and wisdom and that together we can learn to live from that place on a daily basis.

I specialize in grief and loss, divorce recovery, anxiety, stress management, and couple relationships. I believe that we grow through every experience in our lives and that meaning can be found in any situation. My approach is grounded in both western and eastern psychologies and philosophies. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
