So you're having a baby, but rather than feeling elated, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, sad, and isolated. You may feel guilty, like something is wrong with you experiencing these difficult feelings, and having negative thoughts. Please know that these feelings can be managed and that you are not alone! In a calm, nonjudgmental setting, we provide a safe space to process these sometimes unbearable feelings, and meet other moms who are in the same boat as you are! Number of participants limited to 5. Facilitated by a certified maternal health counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist.
