Life has a way of really challenging us; sometimes it can be hard to find acceptance in our situation, while other times it feels like we can't catch a break from our difficult circumstances. As your therapist, I aim to empower you to become the healthiest version of yourself while we build an effective therapeutic alliance. It is my aim to guide you with the help of empathy, courage, compassion, confidentiality, and unconditional positive regard.
Through a culturally sensitive lens, I desire to walk with each client through their struggles in a direction toward positive change, personal growth, autonomy, and awareness for self and others, all while pursuing the establishment and maintenance of health and wellness.
