Many individuals experience overwhelming symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I specialize in complex PTSD which occurs often in high intensity and hurtful relationships. I can help you and your family overcome those symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing in all stages of life.
My job is to help individuals and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a nurturing safe space, listening to your concerns and customizing a treatment plan. My primary focus is your recovery and meeting your goals for optimal healing and life functioning. Through holistic integrative therapy you will take back control of your life, strengthen your personal skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance and have live a happier and healthier life.

I have over 20 years of experience in treating adults, children and families coping with negative life experiences, anxiety, trauma, abuse, chronic stress, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about wellness, living your best life, social justice, equality for all souls, and a fierce advocate for all souls.
I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Avila University and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Development from Oklahoma State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas and Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri; a Certified Clinical Mental Health Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. and a Certified EMDR Therapist by International Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Association.

Therapy sessions are held individually, jointly and with family members in a supportive place to discuss issues and develop solutions for the best outcome of your relationships.
