My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults. I work with clients who are overwhelmed by life experiences, choices, and demands. I believe that the therapist and client relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process and want my clients to feel safe and supported during our work together. Life is experienced through all are senses. I believe that having a way to communicate what you’re experiencing with play, or activities allows for more successful therapeutic outcomes. I use a holistic wellness approach that incorporates the mind, body and spirit for optimal healing. I am also experienced in helping adults navigate a variety of topics including trauma and high conflict relationships. I am passionate about helping clients navigate and heal from high conflict relationships and divorce. My job is to collaborate with clients to set obtainable personal goals, improve emotional regulation, and develop sustainable coping mechanisms for holistic wellness.
