My Approach to Helping

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I specialize in complex PTSD which occurs often in high intensity, addictions and hurtfulabusive relationships. I can help you overcome those symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

My job is to help individuals and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a nurturing safe space, listening to your concerns and customizing a treatment plan. My primary focus is your recovery and meeting your goals for optimal healing and life functioning. Through holistic integrative therapy we will take back control and balance to your life.
