What's My Approach to Therapy?
*ACCEPTING New Virtual Clients in KS*
You did what you were supposed to do. Worked hard, made good choices, kept moving forward. But now that you’re here—wherever “here” is— it isn’t what you thought it would be. The satisfaction, the ease, the sense of arrival… it hasn’t came. And you’re starting to wonder if it ever will. On paper, your life looks fine. But internally, it doesn’t match. You find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, feeling stuck in a version of your life that doesn’t quite feel like yours. You thought success would bring clarity, confidence, peace—but it’s brought questions. It’s hard to explain. It’s not burnout or depression. It’s a gap.
Between how things look and how they feel. Between who you are and who you’ve been trying to be. Therapy is a place to bring those contradictions to the open—not to jump to resolution, but to understand what they’re pointing to. My approach is relational and reflective. I help you uncover the tension under your symptoms and grow your adaptability and agency.
My work with teens focuses on creating a space where they don’t have to perform or be ‘on.’ It’s a space to ask real questions, explore what they feel without pressure to figure it all out. If you’re ready to stop pretending, and start being honest about what doesn’t add up, I’d love to work with you.
