My Approach to Helping

I believe that healing is possible for everyone—and that the patterns holding us back can be unlearned with the right support. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), or relationship struggles, therapy can help you better understand yourself and create lasting change. I provide a safe, compassionate space where we explore how your past experiences shape your present, and where together, we build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and connecting. You don’t have to do this alone.

More Info About My Practice

Life can feel heavy sometimes—especially when anxiety, trauma, or past experiences start to interfere with how we show up in relationships, at work, or with ourselves. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re just going through the motions, you’re not alone. I believe that the patterns we struggle with most are often learned responses to pain or survival—and that means they can be unlearned.

In our work together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface in a way that’s compassionate and safe. I help clients untangle the effects of trauma, manage ADHD, reduce anxiety, and build healthier relationships—starting from the inside out. I use practical tools, evidence-based approaches like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a deep belief in your ability to heal and grow.

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and centered on helping you reconnect with yourself, break old cycles, and live with more clarity, confidence, and peace.
