My Approach to Helping

I am an adjunct clinical faculty member at Stanford University and provide therapy to adults in my private practice. I use research-based therapies to help my clients address anxiety and worry, work and family stress, interpersonal challenges, and trauma and PTSD. I also specialize in helping clients overcome emotional eating and cope with medical issues. I see clients in-person and via secure online video.
