The pain, anger, sadness, loss, hopelessness or other negative feelings you are suffering now may seem intolerable, but it is NOT permanent. You CAN feel better!
I am a bilingual bi-cultural (Mandarin English) Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the state of California. With a caring and non-judgmental approach, I honor each person's uniqueness and support one's "individuation," a process of developing an authentic connection with one's inner self in Jungian psychotherapy. My goal as a therapist is to support individuals navigating through the challenges and attaining a fulfilling life.
