My Approach to Helping

Do you or someone you care about need help as you struggle with alcoholdrug abuse and a mental health disorder? Do you need help managing your emotions, anger, anxiety, or grief? Is the stress of juggling work, school, home, sleep, and relationships too much to handle alone? Has anyone said you need to change your attitude? Do you need to make life changes and set goals but need motivation and support? Have you been arrested for a DUIDWI and need help? Do you need help surviving in a dysfunctional family? Are you impulsive and usually regret your choices?

Our mental health counseling and other services can help you grow, change and heal. We will help you develop new skills, improve your thoughts and manage your behaviors. We can begin with an individualized treatment plan. Help with alcoholdrug counseling, self-management, substance abuse assessments, group counseling, couples therapy, support groups, etc..

If you need help calming your anxiety and minimizing your fears of beginning individual counseling, joining group counseling or a support group, please schedule an individual consultation to discuss your needs and the benefits of counseling.
