My Approach to Helping
I specialize in working with teens, tweens, young adults, and parents. If you've noticed your child struggling to get motivated, go to school, navigate life transitions, or find enjoyment in life, I will work collaboratively with them to find ways to manage stressors in their life. My approach is strengths-based and focused on helping develop tools to manage emotions, increase self-awareness and confidence, and process past traumatic events. I use a variety of experiential methods including sand tray, expressive arts, mindfulness, play, EMDR, and nature-based approaches to process challenging emotions and move toward healing through mind and body.
