My Approach to Helping

Are you seeking a licensed and experienced therapist who will really listen to you, understand you, and help you overcome your challenges?

I can help you improve the communication and intimacy in your relationship. If you are struggling to cope with a loss in your life, I can teach you effective coping skills to manage and move past your grief. Major life transitions, stress, body weight issues, chronic pain, academic challenges, career concerns, and other adverse issues can all be effectively addressed with appropriate therapy.

If you want to become more self-aware, deepen your spirituality, ignite your passion, and find real meaning in your life, please reach out to me. Therapy may be the first step toward reaching your full potential and living the healthy, happy life you deserve.

If you need help with any of the above issues (or something similar), I offer person-centered, positive, solution-focused, humanistic mind/body sessions for addressing your concerns. During each session, I'll listen without judgment; do my best to understand your unique situation; offer you hope and encouragement; and use evidence-based techniques such as solution-focused, brief, narrative therapy; problem-solving contemplation, imagery, daydreaming; and virtual reality-enhanced hypnosis-all designed to help you, help yourself.
