My Approach to Therapy

If you are reading this, chances are something feels off. Maybe you have been carrying more than you can hold, cycling through the same patterns, or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people you love. You might be exhausted from trying to hold it all together, or from a lifetime of feeling like you do not quite fit. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that what you are feeling makes sense, and you do not have to keep navigating it alone. I am a warm, down-to-earth therapist who genuinely loves this work. For 18 years, I have had the privilege of sitting with people in their hardest moments and watching them find their way back to themselves. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship stress. If you have ever felt misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like traditional therapy just did not get you, you may find that this feels different. In our work together, you can expect honesty, warmth, and a space that is truly judgment-free. I will meet you where you are, and together we will find an approach that fits you, because therapy is never one size fits all.
