What's My Approach to Therapy?
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating big changes or constantly putting others’ needs before your own. You may find yourself feeling anxious, stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, or weighed down by stress in your relationships, career, or personal life. Therapy can be a place to sort through the noise, understand yourself more deeply, and make choices that feel authentic and sustainable.
I work with adults moving through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and burnout. Together, we’ll explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. When helpful, I integrate tools like EMDR and parts work to gently process unresolved experiences that may be fueling stress or self-doubt. Clients often describe me as compassionate and grounded. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard and empowered to set boundaries, quiet self-criticism, and create meaningful change.
