My Approach to Helping

You deserve to show up and be seen right now, as you are. My practice is inspired by the belief that therapy is a space for you to truly be heard and move towards a more balanced and enjoyable life. You may find therapy with me to be helpful if you are experiencing any of the following: feeling debilitated by anxiety, desire to improve boundaries, survived a traumatic event, adjusting to life transition, feeling a loss of motivation, navigating life stress, support with parenting or desiring to improve a relationship.

My Therapy Focus

Therapy should be a safe, non-judgemental space. I like to bring my genuine self to the therapeutic relationship. You can expect gentle direction and accountability to help you meet your goals. I am inspired by the transformative impacts of narrative and mindfulness therapy while drawing from multiple approaches dependent upon what works best for your needs.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

Beginning the therapy process can seem intimidating. I encourage you to reach out and ask any questions about the process and see if we may be a good fit. I strive to respond quickly to phone calls and emails. Please email me or call to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
