My Approach to Therapy

Maybe you’ve been holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. You may be navigating ADHD, a major life transition, relationship challenges, or the exhaustion that comes from constantly putting other people’s needs before your own. You might understand what you “should” do, but still find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, or struggling to follow through. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale. I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can be honest without judgment and feel genuinely understood. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck, and identify practical ways to create change that feels sustainable—not overwhelming. I’ll help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen boundaries, quiet self-criticism, and build a more supportive relationship with yourself. When helpful, I integrate EMDR and parts work to gently explore experiences and patterns that may still be influencing how you feel and respond today. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start wherever you are and work together toward feeling more grounded, confident, and at ease in your life.

My Practice & Services

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re already feeling overwhelmed. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable, straightforward, and collaborative from the beginning. I provide individual therapy for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, and life transitions. I work with clients who want to better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and feel more confident navigating their lives and relationships. Sessions are a space for you to slow down, talk openly, and focus on what feels most important to you. I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on what you’re working through, we may focus on practical strategies and coping skills, patterns in relationships, boundaries and self-advocacy, self-compassion, or processing experiences that continue to affect you. I offer telehealth therapy, making it possible to meet from a comfortable and private space that works for you. I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where you can show up as your full self and feel respected for who you are. If you’re curious about whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to briefly connect, hear what you’re looking for, answer questions about working together, and decide whether taking the next step feels right.
