My Approach to Helping
I practice multicultural and inclusive counseling. I help clients cope with many concerns including Autism Spectrum Disorder, anger management, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, phobias, strengthening relationships, establishing healthy personal boundaries, assertive communication, depression, and anxiety.
I utilize a combination of CBT, DBT, ACT. I also utilize Bibliotherapy, expressive art therapy, narrative therapy, logotherapy, and reality therapy techniques.
