My Approach to Helping

I take a client-centered approach to therapy integrating different therapeutic methods, based on the clients needs. I believe healing comes from vulnerability in knowing yourself and being equipped with the tools to make changes to the issues in your life that are causing distress. I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore areas in their lives or relationships that need validation, support, healing, or change. I view my relationship with each of my clients as collaborative and seek to create a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore the ways in which your life experiences impact your relationships, thoughts, and behaviors.
