I help with anxiety, depression, trauma, family and couples’ issues with trauma backgrounds, behavioral and anger management, mindfulness and relaxation, biofeedback, men’s and women's issues, addictions, relationship and career challenges, cultural adjustment, immigration, smoking cessation, loss and grief, and social security disability assessments.
