I’m dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in the areas of life transitions, women’s health, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.

Everyone’s story is unique, and every person deserves an individualized approach to their problems. I use an eclectic approach which includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, interpersonal, and supportive counseling. My approach is warm, affirming, and empowering. Psychotherapy is based on the theory that we are internally influenced and directed by images, relationships, or learned statements from the past. These beliefs keep us from living lives that are intentional and free.
I hope that each client walks away from their session feeling safe, heard, and supported. My intention is to illuminate a new perspective on an issue, as well as promote awareness of your innate strengths and resilience. As your therapist, I will guide you through the process of discovering what has been clouded by challenge and aid in cultivating the skills for self-regulation and self-care. Together, we will strengthen your sense of identity and worthiness, so you can live a happier and more fulfilling life.
