My approach to providing therapy is an eclectic and modern in order to help my clients meet their goals. I believe in being empathic, compassionate, hopeful, and relatable. I know that seeking help is one of the hardest things to do, therefore I provide a comfortable, relaxing, and private office space to keep my clients confidentiality as a top priority.

I offer accessibility Initial appointments. Most appointments can take place in 24-48 hours of appointment request. I am available evening and weekends.
Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
Yeah, me too. It was a painful and discouraging feeling. As I sat on the coach, I felt like nothing mattered because I was not being heard.
There is nothing like being provided feedback from a person who has no gain or ulterior motives while helping you. Finding the right therapist is a hard task. Each therapist is skilled, valuable, and good at their craft. However, you must find the right fit for YOU. Seeking help and sharing some of your most inner thoughts and darkest secrets is one of the hardest things to do. Some of my clients have been in therapy before however, they didn't feel like there therapist "got" them and it left them feeling even more confused than when they started seeking help. Having a therapeutic relationship with a therapist who "gets you" and who you can trust helps the therapeutic process.
