What's My Approach to Therapy?
My approach is a positive, encouraging, strengths based, glass half full approach. I do not believe in giving you a "disorder" like many practitioners. I believe we all have areas in life that need improvement in. My approach is a gentle, compassionate,empathic, calm , and safe approach.
I have over 15 years of experience working with both youth 5-19, parents, and adults. I provide support for children as well as parents and adults ; being the more support the better chance of desired change.
I provide tools for children and teens, parents and adults to manage: Stress, Anxiety, Mood,Anger , Depression, ADHD, Social Skills, Relationships, Self Harm, Bipolar Disorder, Parenting, Conduct Disorders, Grief, Motivation, Academic challenges, family Relationships, Healthy life skills., Sports Performance and more.
