What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re here, you’ve probably been feeling trapped inside your own thoughts. Maybe you replay conversations over and over, wondering if you said too much or not enough. Maybe you avoid gatherings or meetings because your heart races just thinking about what others might think. You want to connect—but fear and self-doubt keep getting in the way. I understand how painful that can feel.
Social anxiety has a way of convincing you that you’re the only one who feels this way, but you’re not. Together, we can begin to calm that inner storm. In our sessions, I’ll help you uncover the patterns behind your anxiety and show you how to challenge the thoughts that keep you stuck. We’ll practice grounding skills to calm your body and build new habits that help you face situations with more ease and confidence.
My approach is gentle, supportive, and practical. I meet you where you are, without pressure or judgment. Over time, you’ll learn how to quiet the constant self-criticism, rebuild your confidence, and begin to enjoy the connections you’ve been missing.
Whether you’re a teen trying to navigate friendships or an adult struggling to speak up at work, therapy is a place where you can finally breathe and start feeling like yourself again. You don’t have to live in fear of being seen. Together, we’ll help you find your calm, your voice, and your courage.
My Practice & Services
At Road 2 Resolutions, I provide a safe and supportive space for teens and adults to overcome anxiety, social fears, and emotional overwhelm. My practice is built on the belief that healing begins when you feel seen and understood. Every session is focused on helping you make steady, lasting progress—one calm, confident step at a time.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer specialized coaching for adults and teens with ADHD, group workshops on emotional regulation and confidence building, and educational resources that focus on practical tools for real-life change. My sessions are designed to fit your unique goals and comfort level, whether you prefer in-person appointments in my Tucson office or online sessions from the privacy of your home.
Clients often describe my approach as calm, encouraging, and deeply human. I strive to create an environment where you can explore your fears without shame and practice new ways of responding to the world around you. My goal is to help you rediscover your voice and reconnect with the people and experiences that matter most.
If you’re ready to begin this journey, I welcome you to reach out. Together, we’ll work toward the kind of peace and confidence that lasts.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I work best with teens and adults who feel trapped by anxiety, social fear, or constant self-doubt. Many of my clients describe lying awake at night replaying conversations, worrying about how they came across, or avoiding situations they actually want to be part of. If this sounds like you?or your child?you?re not alone, and it truly can get better.
I?m especially skilled at helping high-functioning autistic teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed in social settings. Together, we focus on building confidence, reducing avoidance, and practicing strategies that make relationships and daily life more manageable.
I also support clients who struggle with panic attacks, OCD, ADHD challenges, depression, grief, and the weight of family stress. For those who experience fear of flying, I offer a structured, calming approach that helps reduce physical symptoms and replace anxiety with confidence.
Whether you?re a parent seeking guidance, a student trying to manage responsibilities, or an adult who feels like anxiety has taken too much from you, I?ll meet you where you are and give you the tools to move forward with clarity, calm, and strength.
