My Approach to Helping

My goal is to help you reduce stress, get along better with others in your life and move toward a happier, healthier lifestyle. I use a variety of tools and techniques including relaxation, reframing, reflective listening and others to get to the core of an individual's struggles and pain. Then we create a place of healing where you can move forward in a way that relieves past hurt and emotion and allows growth and personal power.
