My Approach to Helping
You experience a range of emotions. When you're going through a challenging time, managing your emotions can become more difficult. That can look like worrying about nearly everything, having a hard time focusing, wanting to take action but feeling stuck, feeling so emotionally overwhelmed that you seek instant relief or develop habits that initially help you feel better, but in the long run become self-destructive and harmful. You know it is possible to improve how you handle your stressors and emotions, that this improvement will lead to being able to enjoy your life more and you would like support in this process.
