Tina Braithwaite is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) serving those in the Salt Lake and Wasatch Counties. She has over 20 years as a teacher and educator with extensive experience dealing with parents and children. My lifelong ambitions and goals are to assist with vast life experiences to regulate life challenges. I believe in finding solutions together to create a positive, beneficial, and wholesome lifestyle for all involved. I desire to create a safe environment for clients to express themselves freely and openly. I offer therapeutic techniques to guide and manage lifes overwhelming obstacles and help you return to a more fully functioning life. As a graduate of the University of Phoenix, my expertise includes treating those with substance abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger management, grief, self-esteem, and decision making skills.
