My Approach to Helping

If you’re here, chances are you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own. Whether you're navigating the changes of new motherhood, struggling with anxiety or self-esteem, or facing a life transition that’s left you feeling off-balance — I see you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I help people like you slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin moving toward real, lasting change.

In our sessions, we’ll work collaboratively to explore the patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness — always tailoring our work to meet your individual needs. Our space together will be warm, curious, and judgment-free — a place where you can be your full self.

Healing doesn’t require perfection — only the willingness to begin. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’ll be right there with you.

My Role as a Therapist

As your therapist, my role isn't to give you all the answers, it's to help you slow down, tune in, and start asking the questions that really matter. I'm here to walk alongside you as you make sense of the parts of your life that feel confusing, heavy, or stuck. Together, we'll create space to understand where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go- without judgment or pressure.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You're the expert on your life, and I'm here to offer support, tools, and insight to help you navigate it with more clarity and self-compassion. Sometimes that means gently challenging patterns that aren't serving you; other times, it means simply holding space while you process big feelings or difficult moments. Either way, we'll move at your pace, in your voice.

At the heart of it, I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to come home to yourself.
