My Approach to Helping
As a therapist, my passion and purpose is to equip and empower others to become all that they can be. I love to help people improve their personal mental health, work life effectiveness and satisfaction, and their relationships. Collaboratively, we identify personal strengths, areas for change, and then identify how they can continue to grow into their 'best self', finally feeling more confident and skilled at handling stress, in dealing with challenging emotional and relational situations, feeling more healed from issues of the past (as needed), and ready to achieve goals important to them now in pursuit of a more satisfying and fulfilling future.
