She is committed to helping adults and seniors navigate their life challenges and find their paths to a more fulfilled life. Stephanie specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, addiction issues, and major life transitions. Stephanie has a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Virginia Commonwealth University. With over 30 years of professional experience, Stephanie is able to provide the guidance and support her clients are looking for. Stephanie utilizes multiple treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive reprocessing, and solution-focused therapy. It can be very difficult to navigate the challenges that life brings someone.
