I specialize in therapies based on the latest neuroscience that honor a person's natural healing ability. I employ several psychotherapy approaches and am certified in EMDR and Brainspotting. Specialties include treating trauma and addictions. I have extensive experience working with professional athletes, first responders, childrenfamilies.
I believe in designing innovative strategies unique to each client, including individual and family sessions as well as custom intensive trauma treatment. I have advanced training in trauma, dissociation, chronic pain, substance use disorders and co-dependence. Discernment and discretion are paramount in my practice. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.
