My Approach to Helping

Anyone seeking therapy is taking a brave decision toward a lifetime of change. I like to think of therapy as a key that unlocks the answers that we all hold within ourselves. I value working collaboratively with my clients to guide them to find these answers. While some sessions will be harder than others, it is important to remember that growth often comes from discomfort.
