My Approach to Helping

I work with both couples and individuals who are looking to create harmony and understanding in their lives and relationships. I specialize in working with women and the BIPOC community, especially those with multicultural identities (immigrant, first generation, multilingual, etc.). I understand the importance of working with someone who fosters a safe environment and embraces all aspects of your being. It's essential to me that you feel secure, acknowledged, listened to, and appreciated.

My approach focuses on fostering stronger relationships and resolving conflict. I'm here to support you through life transitions such as break ups, marriage, pregnancy, moving cross country, and career changes. I also have experience working with depression and anxiety, relationship and attachment issues, griefloss, and more.

I understand the courage it takes to seek help and make changes. It may feel challenging now but you’re not alone in this journey. Through our collaborative work, you’ll feel empowered, heard, and respected. If you’re ready to start this transformative process, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to nurture a happier, more fulfilling life.

More Info About My Practice

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

I understand that starting therapy can bring up feelings of uncertainty or concern. It's completely natural to feel that way, especially when starting something new. I want to assure you that therapy is a collaborative and supportive process. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. We'll work together to identify goals and strategies that feel right for you. Your well-being and comfort are my top priorities, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions or concerns at any point, please feel free to share them with me. Your voice and perspective are valued in our work together!
