My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I work with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and feelings, and offer evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help them overcome their challenges.

Whether it's working through past traumas, managing stress and anxiety, or improving relationships with loved ones, I am here to help my clients navigate their journey towards greater mental health. My goal is to empower my clients with the tools and insights they need to live more fulfilling and joyful lives.
