What's My Approach to Therapy?

Hi, I’m a registered Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting people through life’s toughest moments, and everything in between. I hold degrees in Psychology, Education, and Social Work, but what really shapes my work is the deep belief that healing happens in a space where you feel truly seen and heard. People often tell me I’m easy to talk to, and that’s something I really value. I bring warmth, kindness, and genuine curiosity to every session, and I do my best to make sure you feel safe, respected, and understood. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, addiction, neurodiversity (like ADHD or autism), or going through a major life change, I’m here to help you sort through the noise and reconnect with your strengths. My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs. I draw from different therapeutic styles like CBT, DBT, ACT, emotion-focused, solution-focused, narrative, and systems therapy, depending on what fits you best. At the heart of it all, I want to help you feel more grounded, build healthier coping tools, and create more peace in your life and relationships.
