What's My Approach to Therapy?
Adler said that "Everything can be different." In regards to wellness, that statement means that each of us has the creative solutions to what is distressing us. It is my job to work collaboratively with my clients to help the insights emerge. I am interested in supporting the whole person on their wellness journey. To me that means not only understanding the person and the reason they have come to counselling, but also to understand the person's social context (friends, family) and other world or life events that have impacted the person.
