My Approach to Helping
Relationship problems, depression, and anxiety are excruciating and can threaten to overwhelm us. Work stressors can leave us feeling empty and without meaning or direction. Issues in school like bullying, lack of focus, and inadequate attention can cause self-doubt and prevent us from being successful. I've been a practicing Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist since 2012 and during that time I've worked with individuals, couples, and families. I endeavor to provide a faith-based/non-judgmental form of Psychotherapy with a focus on healing and restoration. I have extensive experience treating those dealing with the effects of ADHD, Conduct Disorder, Trauma, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Pornography, Binge Eating, Relationship Challenges, and Divorce.
